- Test Accommodation Policy
Every learner deserves a fair opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge. Our test accommodation policy ensures that assessments reflect what you know, not the barriers you face.
Equitable Assessment
Accommodations are not an advantage, they are a correction that levels the playing field for learners with documented needs.
Dignity & Privacy
All accommodation requests are handled with strict confidentiality. Disclosure of a learner's needs to instructors or peers is never required.f
Documented standards
Our accommodation framework aligns with ADA, Section 504, and applicable international disability rights standards.
Timely decisions
We are committed to reviewing and responding to accommodation requests well in advance of any scheduled assessment.
Available accommodations
- 01 Extended time
Learners with qualifying conditions may receive additional time to complete assessments — typically 1.5× or 2× the standard duration — based on documented need and the nature of the assessment.
- 02 Separate testing environment
Where applicable, learners may be provided access to a distraction-reduced or private testing space to minimize sensory or cognitive interference during timed assessments.
- 03 Assistive technology support
Our assessment interface is compatible with screen readers, voice input tools, and other assistive technologies. Learners may use approved assistive devices during testing without penalty.
- 04 Alternative formats
Assessment content can be provided in large print, high-contrast display, or audio-supported formats upon request, subject to availability for the specific course or certification.
- 05 Scheduled breaks
Learners who require rest periods due to physical or cognitive conditions may be approved for structured breaks during longer assessments without the timer continuing in their absence.
- 06 Language & reading supportNon-native speakers and learners with language-based disabilities may request simplified instructions or additional reading time for assessment prompts, distinct from content comprehension time.f
